WKSU on Fatal Foods in "The Power of Poison"
WKSU 89.7 FM radio interviewed Curator of Human Health & Evolutionary Medicine Dr. Nicole Burt about common foods that have deadly potential in The Power of Poison, a special exhibition on display through July 24. "Quick Bites" host Vivian Goodman spoke with Burt as they toured the exhibit, and discussed an array of toxic topics, including aposematic (warning) coloration, cyanide in cassava root and apple seeds, and mercury in seafood.
